Do you take last minute bookings?

Our website has an automatic 18 hour cut off point built in an, this will show no availability on our products. If you are trying to sort something at the last minute it is best to email us directly at bookings@wowpartyhire.com.au  and we will see what we can do to help.

What are your booking times?

Our opening hours are generally Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm. Bookings are available for four hours or eight hours duration. Delivery times are flexible from 7am - 12pm and collection from 2pm to 6pm.

Are your bouncy castles safe?

Yes, your safety is our highest priority.  Our bouncy castles have been designed and manufactured to meet Australian standards. Each castle is inspected before each booking and inspected again once erected.

In addition to this, our bouncy castles are inspected by an independent engineer annually. 

Please note, we have made the decision to only hire bouncy castle for indoor events. A ceiling height of 3.5 meters is required. Your safety and the safety of your children is our highest priority. 

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured for $10,000,000.00 Public Liability.

Can we decorate the bouncy castles?

Yes, our castles are designed for you to attach garland of your choosing. However, we asked that you use the rings provided and not use sticky tape. We recommend using string or cable ties. Please note, knives or scissors are not permitted on or near the bouncy castle. Snips or pillars are best to remove decorations. We carry snips in our van and are happy to assist with removal of decorations.

Do you delivery outside the Perth metro area?

Yes, we deliver up to 60km from our depot in Bayswater. We can deliver our play equipment to events outside of the metro area, however this will be dependent on availability and will incur extra costs. Please send us an enquiry at bookings@wowpartyhire.com.au to discuss further.

Do you require power?

Yes, if booking a bouncy castle, we require power to run the blower. The power supply must be within 25m of the bouncy castle. If there is no power available, we can supply a generator for an additional cost. Please select the generator as an add on before checking out.

Do your staff have Working with Children’s Checks?

All our staff undergo strict background checks and have Working with Children’s Checks

How do we pay?

Our website is fully automated. Once you select your desired play equipment, add it to the cart and an invoice will be automatically generated. You can pay online through the website to secure your booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

How long does it take to set up/pack up?

For bouncy castles and ball pits we need approx. 15-20 minutes for set up and pack up. Setting up a full soft play package takes a little longer, approx. 30-45 minutes.

Can you provide someone to supervise the event?

No, not at this point in time. We will be looking to provide this service as we expand the business. Stay tuned.  

Can we pick up the play equipment?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer pick up. Your safety is our number one priority, when we set up the play equipment we ensure it is set up safely and in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

Is your play equipment clean?

Yes, all of our play equipment has been thoroughly cleaned between each hire period using an antibacterial, hospital grade wash.

We also ask that play equipment is left clean and in same condition as when hired. Please read our Terms & Conditions as fees may apply if play equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition.

What if the play equipment is damaged during my hire period?

Our play equipment is high quality and durable, so it would be very unusual for our play equipment to break. In the unlikely event that it does, please do not try and fix the item, just let us know. We will then assess the damage and its cause. Please read our Terms & Conditions of hire as you may be required to pay for repairs or replace the entire item if damaged parts cannot be replaced. Please DO NOT let children play with or near damaged play equipment.

Do you have package deals?

Yes, our ball pits and soft play packages can be coupled with our bouncy castles or vice a versa. You can also add yard games, slides, plinths, and arches.

Is there a discount for large orders?

Yes, all play equipment orders over $600 receive a 10% discount.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is $100 which covers our yard games.

Do we need to pay a bond when hiring play equipment?

Yes, A $200 refundable bond is required for each hire period. This is payable in cash on the day of hire and will be refunded to you as soon as the play equipment is collected in the same condition they were hired out, and in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

The bond may be forfeited as a cleaning fee if play equipment is returned moderately soiled or wet. It may also be used to cover costs associated with minor damage of play equipment. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our damage policy.

Please note, the soft play equipment is not waterproof and the bond will be used as a cleaning fee if the inner foam is wet.

What times are delivery and collections?

Deliveries of play equipment is done between 7am and 12pm. Play equipment is picked up between 2pm and 6pm. Please enquire if you require delivery or collection outside of these times.

What if my party finishes late?  Will you still collect the play equipment after it finishes?

Yes, we can accommodate later finishes. However, we do charge an afterhours fee for collecting play equipment after 6pm at night.  This is $100/hour or part thereof.  Please contact us at bookings@wowpartyhire.com.au to complete your booking.

When the play equipment is delivered, do I have to set it up myself or do you do it?

We charge a delivery, setup and collection fee based on distance from our depot. We usually arrive one hour before the event to set up the play equipment. However, depending on the schedule for the day we may arrive a couple hours earlier to ensure everyone gets their play equipment on time (we will contact you in advance if this is required).

After the play equipment is setup we will give you a demonstration on how to use it safely and then leave it in your control.

How much space do I need for the equipment?

All space requirements are shown on the individual play equipment’s page. Bouncy castles need a minimum ceiling height of 3.5m.

Please Note: It is the hirers responsibility to ensure there is enough space for the play equipment. This is especially important for the bouncy castles. Soft play packages can be reduced in size if space does not allow for the full package. However please note, you will still be charged the full hire price.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you cancel a booking for any reason, the following rules apply: (also see Terms & Conditions

  • If you cancel at least 10 days prior to the event you will receive a full refund, processed within 48 hours.
  • If you cancel within 4 - 9 days of the event, a fee of 25% of the total booking total will be charged and the remainder refunded.
  • If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, full booking costs apply, and no refunds will be issued.

Please understand that if you have booked play equipment it stops the play equipment from being able to be hired elsewhere.

What happens if my booking needs to be cancelled due to COVID?

All bookings cancelled or postponed due to COVID restrictions/Government orders made will receive a credit on file for twelve (12) months. No refunds will apply.

I want to have my party in a park. What do I need to do?

Sadly, we no longer cater to bookings in parks.

Many councils do not allow us to use ground anchors (pegs) and only allow weights. Your safety and the safety of your children is our highest priority and as such we cannot ensure the level of safety required. 

I want to have my party in a community centre or private indoor venue. What do I need to do?

  1. You will need to contact the local council or venue hirer and request approve to have the children's play equipment on site.
  2. If you are booking a bouncy castle, you will need to ask if there is power available .
  3. If the local council or venue hirer requires any information (eg; our Public Liability Insurance or Engineer Certifications) we can provide this. 
  4. Upon arrival, we will require someone to be present to guide us to the exact location of the setup, access to the power source, and go through the safety and hire procedures.
  5. On the day of the event, we will arrive within the hour you selected as a preferred delivery time unless we have otherwise liaised. Please have your mobile nearby in case we need to get in contact with you.

PLEASE NOTE: A responsible adult must be present and supervising the children at all times during the period of hire.
